To Alenco’s Owner / Principal,   I would like to compliment your staff on the wonderful job they have done with the project that is now our sunroom / 3 season room.  Every one of your employees that we came in contact with during the entire process was very helpful and always very professional.   When my wife and I decided to investigate this type of project we jumped in with both feet and talked to a number of your competitors.  We got a full spectrum of exposure to your industry and how it conducts itself.  We also took into account everyone’s advertising and how it stacked up to how we were ultimately treated as potential customers.   Let me start off by saying that when we arrived unannounced at your showroom, the young lady who greeted us was very courteous and immediately gave us a quick overview of your sunroom product line and arranged an appointment for us to meet with Adam Brewer, your sales rep.   We met Adam at your showroom and he gave us a more in-depth look at your sunrooms.  He then came out to our house and looked at the potential area, made some measurements and took some pictures.  We had a pleasant chat which gave us a good feeling that we were dealing with a conscientious young man that was interested in our ultimate satisfaction with your company.  We had heard of your company through Toby Tobin on his radio show and felt that he was prone to endorsing quality companies.  Having this base feeling to start with in addition to Adam’s patient, friendly, professional nature and product knowledge pretty much sealed the deal.  Adam made Alenco stand out above your competition.  The other companies made us feel as though we were at a used car lot as opposed to buying a sunroom.   Adam got back to us in a very timely manner with pricing and a very well done “sketch” of the finished product.  Again, this is way more than anyone else had done.  We negotiated with Adam and settled on a price that was agreeable to us and again, he acted with a great deal of courtesy, respect and professionalism.   We were pleased with how quickly your team was able to get started and (with mother nature’s cooperation) complete the project.  We signed the contract in late November and here it is the second week of February and we have a finished product.  Our initial expectations were to have a completed room by late March early April.  Needless to say we are extremely pleased.   When Pat came to review the project with us we, again, had a very pleasant experience.  Pat, throughout the build, always had a genuine concern for our ultimate satisfaction.  He as well as Lisa and Francisco, the building team leader, continued to make us feel as though we had made a wise choice to have Alenco build our sunroom.  Any time there was a question or a minor “hiccup” these people resolved things quickly, cheerfully and better than expected.  Again, a great confidence builder   The quality of the build was better than I had ever expected.  Francisco and his team did a remarkable job.  They cleaned up and straightened up every evening and protected the project from weather at every stage of the build.  Francisco’s team were very courteous and more proper than I would have ever expected.  They always addressed us as Mr. or Mrs. Giancarlo and always brought us up to date on the progress of things as well as letting us know what and when the next step was.   I do not expect any problems with this product going forward, however, if a problem should arise, I feel that I can rely on your team to resolve things quickly, cheerfully and in a professional manner.   When the weather warms a bit that we can sit in our sunroom and enjoy a glass of wine, we will toast your company and your people for the fine way you have treated us as consumers.  We wish you all much success, which I know you will have with the wonderful, very capable and professional people you have on staff.   Very satisfied customers,   Ron and June Giancarlo   P.S.  We would be happy to show our sunroom to any of your potential customers if you choose to do so.      ”
