We are very pleased with our new windows and the service we received from Jon, our Sales Rep, and Jeff, the installer. Jon and Jeff are very professional and courteous. We purchased a total of 15 windows. We also had one window enlarged which required new framing for the new, larger, window. Our house was much cooler because of the new windows during the extreme heat wave we had in August. We look forward to our house being much warmer this winter. We recommend Alenco to anyone looking for a great company that sells and installs excellent windows.
