I just had to sit down and write you regarding our experiences with your
company.
I went into Sam’s Club alone and was stopped by a nice young man asking if I
had any windows that needed to be replaced. I told him yes and arranged for
someone to contact me. We set a date for a gentleman to come to the house to
show us some windows and price replacement windows. Prior to Tony arriving
at the house my husband made it clear we were just getting pricing, nothing
more. We enjoyed the demonstration Tony gave and before he left we had
ordered replacement windows for the entire house.
From the sales call with Tony to the install we had nothing but good experiences.
Everyone has been kind, pleasant, efficient and completely cooperative and
professional.
The nice gentlemen that installed the windows were so nice and when they came
into the house even offered to remove their shoes! Everything was cleaned up
after the install as if they had never been there.
The windows are beautiful. It’s hard to put into words what an improvement they
are over the old windows.
We are very satisfied customers and would recommend the windows and your
company to anyone.
