My windows were installed within 4 weeks of ordering them. Which I am very happy with. My door got missed, but they have ordered it and it will be installed as soon as it gets in. The installers were great. They knew what they were doing and got it done. They completely installed 15 windows in about 8 hours. They were also friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Alenco to friends and family.
Quality Windows & Quality Service
We have now had our Thermo King windows and sliding patio doors for a year and a half. The service was great from the beginning. Installation was done very professionally with quality work and we are very satisfied with the windows and doors. We chose the beige color frames and are very pleased with their appearance. We had one service call to adjust a door and repair a screen since installation and that was handled in a timely fashion without a charge. I dropped by Alenco's office and shop today to pickup some matching high quality caulk they use after I made some repairs to the house next to a window. They provided it for free. I recommend them if you are looking for quality.
Windows, siding, door, and storm door
Joseph did a fantastic job with the windows and doors in detail and wrapped around them in detail. Joe was a great salesman very nice, with a total exterior revamp windows, door, storm door, and wonderful siding all energy-efficient Energy Star Certified. Matt and crew did the siding and a fantastic job all ! Guttering an extra bonus with the covering. All cleaned up after extremely well!
Great Service by a Pella Associate!
I had contacted Pella about a window that needed the top window r and the cranks on the front of the kitchen window replaced. Susan was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable and kept me informed of would happen and when. Mark had her work with me and he made a great choice. She took care of everything and sent Eric , also a great person, out to my house to install all of it. She provides excellent customer service and always was willing to assist in any way she could.
Quality Work and Reliable Service
We have had there windows for 10+ years and anytime there is a problem they are out within a few days and fix the problem right away. Their service is awesome and their warranty is nothing but the best. I would highly recommend them!

Great Experience!
I had a great experience getting gutters replaced with Alenco. Julyan was very informative on his 3rd day of work. Kris was very helpful and knowledgeable. Grant and his crew worked on a very hot day. The gutters are beautiful!
Impressed
They really had their work cut out for them with our house (extremely old with kinks and oddities). We were nervous about how well everything would translate from the language of the contract to execution. It was a breeze. The installer was professional, friendly, and easy going. The sales person was laid back as well, very amiable and delightful to spend time with. The only high maintenance aspect of the project was us, and the office personnel handled us brilliantly. Both of our showers look excellent. We are pleased with the work.

Why doesn't the guy on the tv commercial just lose that obviously empty coffee cup he keeps swinging around ? We all know it's a prop to look like he's being so casual in our living rooms ! lol !
