New Shower
I had a new shower installed the first of March by Alenco. Tried for serveral years to locate someone who could install a new shower that was not a fly-by-night shower/installer. Alenco came out with an bid, a little prices, but I tell the truth, LOVE LOVE LOVE my new shower and the SAFETY of the shower is WONERFUL,. No longer have to be afraid of getting in the shower, so safe and beautiful. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE SHOWER AND SAFETY.
New Look by a Fresh Idea
We have been long-time customers of Alenco. In 2010 we replaced all the windows on our home in Overland Park, KS. The windows are attractive and caught the neighbor's interest. Several of them loved them well enough to purchase new windows themselves. Our experience with Alenco has been courteous every time. Yes, that is to say, we had them back to do siding, gutters, and a front storm door. They even did a service call to repair the siding that had been damaged during foundation repairs to the house. Recently in 2022 and several customer referrals later, we inquired how far out of town they would go to install windows. They traveled to Springfield, MO, to install windows and doors on our parent’s house. Everything went as scheduled, from having Carl come out to perform the inspection and provide a quote, to Austin, who made the journey to take the measurements. The whole company and crew who ordered and installed everything was well-organized. The order and strategy of the four-man team performed their role with excellence. It was impressive how each member presented the different parts of the installation and performed final demonstrations of switches, slides, and locks of all the windows and doors. We appreciate the effort they put into doing such a professional job.

I also have to give credit to the customer service. Fast respond and promptly. Overall I am very pleased with the company customer service, product and installation. My experience throughout the process of replacing a sliding door was top notch. The installer, Levi, was polite and very professional. He went above and beyond to correct an existing problem. I was very impressed with the whole operation.
Windos replacement
Kyle and Levi installed eleven new windows in our home yesterday. They arrived right on time, had excellent tolls and equipment, knew what they were doing, very friendly and did a great job. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished. The windows were much less expensive than some other name brand wibdows, they look great and we couldn’t be happier. We’re very pleased!
