Good.. Levi was installed, he was very professional and polite. He have good knowledge of product. Cleaned up site when installation was finished. When we do another project we want him to do.

My experience was great from end to finish. I could contact Mike anytime when I had a question and he got right back to me. The installation went good and the people that installed it did a good job explaining the warranty and how the windows worked.

We are so happy with our windows. Before we talked to Mike we didn’t think we could afford the windows. Mike and Alenco worked with us on finance. Mike is a stand up guy, he knows the product, answered all our questions, wanted to make sure we were getting what we needed…. We have worked with contractors for years, some were really good but even the good ones left our house in a mess, not these guys they showed up on time, maybe a little early. Got started immediately didn’t stop to take a break I’m not sure if they even ate lunch until they were finished. Everything was cleaned up outside and inside. Even shut the fence gates and hardly anyone remembers that. Then I was shown how the windows worked how to clean them and how to take care of them. Excellent
After 20 years of single-pane aluminum windows (originals from 1958), I took the dip into all replacement windows (13). Love them and the A/C can now keep up, finally…. Love the new look too! Came in and installed 10 weeks before originally scheduled date! Thank you to Alenco!!
Excellence in service and installation
Alenco is simply outstanding! I replaced 38 windows and 4 doors and could not be happier. I requested quotes from 3 separate companies and began my Alenco relationship with their salesman John Paul. I asked many questions and reviewed many options with him. As I compared Alenco to the other companies, he reworked the purchases and numbers several times to show me comparisons with us moving from double-pane and triple-pane windows. John Paul was always courteous and very patient with me. Suspecting that I had some water damage, he informed me that Alenco installers could handle and repair anything they encountered. The other companies stated that any damage found would stop work and I would be responsible to hire someone to fix whatever damage was found. This moved Alenco at the top of my list. And then when my home refinance was delayed, John Paul worked to help me retain the terms of our original agreement and keep my discounts. Next came the installations. Laton, Joseph, Kyle, and Levi were assigned to this job and all four of them were great. I had tons of questions as I watched them installing the windows and doors and they were always patient and explained everything about what they were doing and why. My wife and I were extremely comfortable with them and confident in their installations. Damage was discovered below one of our windows and they completely rebuilt the wall underneath, to include all framing and siding. They also showed how the old eyebrow w

Window Installation
Alenco Windows are terrific! The installation went faster than we anticipated. We have an extremely large sliding glass door that was installed perfectly. And he said that’s only the second one that size he’s ever done! They left behind no mess whatsoever. I expected to have to clean up around the outside of the house. I was impressed. Scott and Mike were very polite and explained any questions that we had. If you decide to go with Alenco to install your windows ask for Mike and Scott! Couldn’t have had anyone better. The windows are made by Sunrise. We’ve had them for close to a month and have had no problems. About a week before they were installed I called the salesman Carl, and asked for a copy of the warranty they said came with them. I was told that we get that information after the window installation was completed. He did not like the fact that I wasn’t satisfied with his answer. I asked for a copy to be emailed to me. He did send it, but told the office personnel that I had misplaced my copy and was requesting another one. I was irritated because he lied about it. We were also told by Carl that they would send us an invoice after installation was completed and we would pay for it then. We were satisfied with that. But before they left after installation was complete, I was handed an invoice and required to pay right then. We paid in cash for an extra discount. Excellent Start to Finish!!
We wanted to replace all the windows in our home and started out using that company that Stan Cramer gives his Seal of Approval to here in KC. Never Again!! They couldn't measure correctly and would never return phone calls so a friend recommended Alenco. From start to finish this was such a pleasant experience. Cecilia gave us a great price on our windows and within 6 weeks we had our windows installed! Kyle installed our windows and was so professional. He knew what he was doing and took all the time needed to make sure every window was put in correctly. Alenco really is a cut above the rest and we know this from personal experience. We will definitely be using this company again.
